Phil Bard Photography About

Phil Bard

Phil has been producing photographs for over 50 years. For his landscapes he worked for a long time with large format cameras and film. Today he uses state of the art digital cameras and produces pigment prints. During the 70’s and 80’s he was a highly active rock climbing photographer, and shot with 35mm and medium format cameras, also with film. For 15 years he operated a commercial studio, performing assignments for corporate clients and various magazine organizations. He is formerly the owner of Cirrus Digital Imaging in Portland, Oregon, which provided quality scanning and digital printing to many other artists. Now retired from that business, he continues to shoot and travel with his partner, Alice.
